Making Risk Management Work      Contact Us For More Information

Risk management is now a standard topic for consideration in projects of any size, or in the day to day operations of the business. Originally we saw how organisations had dedicated teams responsible for setting and / or managing risk policy, but now we see more devolution of both the process and ownership.

"How do we know that our team understand how risks should be identified, managed or outsourced?"

"How can we verify that our policies are current and in line with other similar government departments?"

"How do we know that our training is effective in this area, and that people have confidence?"

At Right Outcomes we have the skills to assist our clients to not only answer these questions, but also to address the findings. If you know what you're looking already or would like to see how we've helped others answer this questions please contact us directly for more information.

Understanding Finance     Contact Us For More Information

Outside of the core finance teams within the public sectors service providers the levels of knowledge and understanding of compliance with financial procedures and responsibilities varies greatly. The implications of this fact should are not be lost in the current climate where accountability and the management of all risks are front of mind for many executives within authorities.

Evaluating the business needs before conducting this type of engagement we find it critical, as often some of the reasons for in effective execution lies not with the end user, but in the policies, systems or communication.

Making a technical topic both interesting and engaging requires solid experience of both the subject matter and also of designing and delivering effective training programmes.

We have the experience of success in bringing this area to the fore, to bringing it to life and making it a priority with the business, if you would like to know more than please contact us.
